Dear Visitors,

After 15 wonderful years (Sept 2009 – Jan 2025) of serving as a resource and platform for discussions and collaboration, SudaMediCa.com has now reached the end of its journey. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this community and made it what it was – a vibrant, engaging, and informative hub.

The decision to close the site was not taken lightly. However, it was time to move forward while honouring the legacy of what we have built together. This platform was home to countless meaningful exchanges, knowledge sharing, and the fostering of relationships across the medical community and beyond.

SudaMediCa was more than a website; it was a space for growth, connection, and the exchange of ideas. With an impressive 13,974 posts and a vibrant community of 4,151 members, it became a testament to the power of collaboration and shared knowledge. While the forums, resources, and conversations will no longer be active, the impact of our collective contributions lives on.

In Memory of Dr Mujahid Mohamed Abdallah

Dr Mujahid Mohamed Abdallah, known fondly as Becareman within the SudaMediCa community, was more than a contributor—he was an inspiration to us all. Despite his battle with illness, Mujahid exemplified resilience, dedication, and a passion for knowledge. His remarkable perseverance led him to achieve the Saudi Board certification in Critical Care while confined to his hospital bed, a testament to his unwavering spirit and commitment to his profession and peers.

Mujahid's contributions to SudaMediCa were immense, from sharing his expertise to fostering connections within the community. His presence left an indelible mark, and his passing in 2017 was a profound loss for everyone who knew him. As a lasting tribute, we incorporated Mujahid's photo into the SudaMediCa logo following his passing. This symbol serves as a reminder of his enduring legacy, his contributions to the community, and the values he stood for—dedication, compassion, and excellence.

Mujahid, your memory lives on in the hearts of the SudaMediCa community, and your legacy will continue to inspire generations of medical professionals. May you rest in peace.
