59 years old presented with new onset supraventicular tachyc

59 years old presented with new onset supraventicular tachycardia with palpitation, no Hx of SOB or chest pain ,chest examination normal ,oxygen saturation in room air = 98%, no peripheral edema Others normal, the best initial investigation:
a) ECG stress test
b) Pulmonary arteriography
c) CT scan
d) TSH
