A patient presented with morning headache , vomiting and blurred vision ,, O/E : there is (+)ve marcus gun pupillary sign and proptosis in the right eye ,, fundoscopic examination revealed papilledema in the left eye ,, what is your diagnosis ??? and what drug you can give in such cases ???
