I just wanted to ask aquestion :
If allopurinole is to be given as a prophylaxis in a patient with gout who is known to be diabetic with kimmel steil wilson's disease (diabetic nephropathy) and his creatinie clearance has recently fall to < 10 ml/min ,, he is taking warfarine because of his atrial fibrillation ,, what co-medications which can be given to decrease the symptomatic deterioration usually occurs when commencing the treatment ???
