Consultation...in Endocrinology

Dear doctors please i need HEEEEELP
20year old man was diagnosed with PANHYPOPITUITARISM due to HYPOPLASIA of the pituitary gland at age of 5 years ,,the pt has secondary hypocortisonism, secondary hypothyroidism, and secondary hypogonadism...he was on GH injectons up to 18 years then stopped after starting testosteron inj.
currently he is doing well on oral thyroxine, hydrocortisone, monthly testosterone injections, and vit D supplements
blood tests revealed adequate testosterone replacement, however the free-T4 level was slightly low ....
MY Qs are ...
1- what is the prognosis regarding sterility problem
2- what is the normal values of : pubertal scrotal volume and penile length and what is the normal penile length for 20 year old man
3- can any one recommend an endocrine specialist in SUDAN for further follow up ... please
