A 2 day old baby girl is noted to become cyanotic while feeding and crying, A diagnosis of congenital heart disease is suspected, what is the most likely diagnosis ?

The correct answer is Transposition of great arteries which is the commonest cause during this age groups(DAYS) , while tetralogy of fallot is the most common cyanotic H.disease over all but usually appears in older ages (MONTHS), VSD is the most common acyanotic heart disease.PDA&Coarctation of aorta are other causes of acyanotic heart disease. So you are all right : wajeez,nahid &einas ,good job .
