Very challenging to have pt with sickle cell disease and acute renal failure... I meant the fluid management??? What every body think/ thaaaaaanks

Please give the age of patient and his/her weight so doctors here help you.

Thaaaaaaaaaaaanks dr Khalaf allah...actually he is 2 yrs old male of 11kg and wih painfull crisis. He needs fluids and pain killers for his pain but he RFT is abit abnormal...oligouric but needs fluids..../this not to mention his abnormal RFT and his needs for NSAD...thanks again
