i don't know if every one know that or no,
but
the ministry of health in saudi arabia bought country account in uptodate, that means every one that accessing the website UPTODATE.COM from inside saudi arabia can use the site fully for free on line, no registration, no sign in nothing,
for who ever out side saudi arabia and need any topic from it i can help with that, i mean if failed to make use of the uptodate downloadable version which is posted in sudamedica already.
