Salaam Travolta.
I hope one of the sudanese doctors who are now working in one of the above mentioned countries come here
to this post and help you with the right information.

Dear Travolta,
I came to know that UK has opportunities for non-EUs because of the economic problem that led many UK doctors to look for jobs in New Zealand, Australia and others. A friend of mine who is a house officer like your respected self, is going to give PLAB in March 2011 confirmed that by contacting many Sudanese physicians there.
Being a fresh graduate gives you a chance to give PLAB without having to give the IELTS and as i mentioned somewhere in this borad, being a fresh graduate means your information are still fresh in most of the specialties unlike those who graduated long time ago and have been stuck to one specialty.
please refer to this post:
Give PLAB without IELS
I hope you would find a help in that

Thanks Dr. khalafalla & Dr.Hani ...
Dear Dr. Hani .... Actually I sent an ( alternative evidence of English language proficiency) to the G.M.C and they accepted it... which means that i don't have to take IELTS if I sit for the PLAB in a given period ( 2 YRs) .... my question is about jobs in U.K. specially that there are many people talking about lack of jobs with increasing numbers of Sudanese and Indian doctors in U.K. .. so my question is still ON : Is it safe to take PLAB + finding a job ????

I can not give u a definite answer, but many colleagues assured that UK is open now, I know couple of freshmen who were accepted for the foundation program 2011. The risk of staying jobless is much less than before.

Re: Can you help me please ?? I'm confused
Dear guys , Salam yes I agree this issue of apportunities in the UK or Ireland become a headache , however, my wife she did her masters in clinical rheumatology there and she saw some sudanese doctors working in hospitals some were in defined training program and this is needed especially for operative specialities like surgery or Obs/Gyn . Many did their clinical training indirectly for MRCP and MRCPCH as all what you need to do is to sit the MRCP/MRCPCH and look for a post in a hospital with training center and it is accrediable in most of the countries . Most of the time there is no general rule typically individual cases but you have to give a try and it will be useful to have masters it will increase your chances.
Hope I was useful, next xomment will be inreland as it is much interesting
